We provide online educational courses focused on JavaScript and React development. Course content includes video lessons, written materials, coding exercises, and access to community forums.
Enrollment in a program grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials for the duration specified in your enrollment agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to use the educational platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not share your account access with others or distribute course materials to non-enrolled individuals.

Most programs provide lifetime access to course materials, allowing you to learn at your own pace. However, we reserve the right to retire or update content to reflect changes in technology and best practices.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance periods and technical issues may temporarily prevent access to materials.
When participating in community forums and discussions, you agree to treat other students and instructors with respect. Harassment, discrimination, spam, and disruptive behavior are prohibited and may result in account termination.
Our educational programs are designed to support skill development but do not guarantee specific career outcomes or salary increases. Success depends on individual effort, prior experience, and market conditions.
We provide course materials on an as-is basis and make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program in which issues occurred.
The educational content provided is not a substitute for formal computer science education or professional career counseling. Individual results vary significantly based on dedication, prior knowledge, and learning approach.
Technology evolves rapidly, and some course content may become outdated over time. We update materials regularly but cannot guarantee that all information reflects the absolute latest industry practices.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our educational platform. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Account closure does not affect your obligations under these terms for the period your account was active.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
