If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have specific rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation. We are committed to honoring these rights and facilitating their exercise.
You have the right to request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and to receive a copy of that data. This includes information about the purposes of processing, categories of data, and recipients of the data.
To request access to your data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Access Request." We will provide the requested information within 30 days.
If your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. You can update most information directly through your student dashboard, or contact us for assistance with data that cannot be self-modified.
You may request deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances, including when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or if you withdraw consent.
Note that we may be required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We will inform you if such limitations apply to your erasure request.
You have the right to request that we limit how we use your personal data in specific situations, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or object to our processing activities.
You can request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transmit this data to another service provider where technically feasible.
You may object to our processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests. We will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms.
Where we process your data based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide the educational services you enrolled in.
Legitimate interests: Improving our curriculum and ensuring platform security.
Consent: Marketing communications and optional analytics, where you have provided explicit consent.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Course enrollment data is typically retained for seven years after course completion to maintain educational records and certificates.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area. When such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.

If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
